Product Support

Envato market purchases include six month of standard support. Support is only provided through our support page. If you have a pre-sale question feel free to use the item comments section on Envato.

Standard support is provided up to six months from the purchase date and limited to:

  • Answering questions about the item’s included features and functionality
  • Fixes for bugs and reported issues with the item
  • Updates to ensure ongoing compatibility and patch security vulnerabilities

Standard Support DOES NOT include:

  • Customisation services (small or big)
  • Installation services or general software platform and CMS help (eg WordPress)
  • Resolving compatibility issues with 3rd party plugins, themes or items unless advertised
  • Help with included 3rd party items from the 3rd party author (eg plugins included with themes/templates)
  • Help with your particular web hosting/server environment

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for digital product sales or support subscription fees. All sales are final. If there is an issue regarding a product, we will address the problem. All out products have online demos with back end test drive, we will also be happy to answer questions regarding our products before your purchase to insure it will meet your needs. Thank you for your understanding.

There is no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:

  • you have changed your mind about an item
  • you bought an item by mistake
  • you do not have sufficient expertise to use the item
  • you ask for goodwill
